Refund Policy

No Refund Policy for Online Personal Care Products


Thank you for choosing to shop with Mann Spa LLC. We strive to provide you with high-quality beauty and personal care products and exceptional customer service. Please read our no refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for beauty and personal care products purchased online. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
  

Exchange Policy: We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer exchanges for products of equal value, subject to the terms outlined below.


Exchange Conditions:
   a. Exchanges are only applicable for products purchased online.
   b. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
   c. Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
   d. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
   e. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal value.
   f. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer for both returning the original product and receiving the exchanged product.

 

In-Store Exchanges Only: Exchanges for online purchases can only be made in-store. Online purchases cannot be exchanged through our online platform.

Verification of Product Condition: All products being exchanged will be inspected to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in point 3 above. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exceptions: In the event of an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly offer a full exchange or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
 

Non-Exchangeable Products: Some products may be marked as non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons or other factors. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification before making your purchase.
